On March 28, a delegation from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (XUAR) led by Zhang Hui visited Usunhome Group. Mr. Zhang is Vice Secretary of Manas County-level CPC Committee and Chief of Manas County Government. He Ping, co-founder and Vice Chairman of Usunhome Group and President of Usunhome Cultural Tourism, attended the meeting held to receive them.
Having talked briefly about Usunhome, Mr. He Ping shared his perceptions of Xinjiang’s cultural tourism. It is now transforming from traditional sightseeing to experience economy. With valuable natural and cultural resources, Manas should tap into its unique characteristics, present them in a modern way that resonates with the target market, keep diversifying the business forms and promote competitive brands so as to meet tourists’ increasingly diversifying needs.
According to Mr. Zhang Hui, Xinjiang has been developing integrated tourism and setting a new pattern for its tourism, following its “Tourism Vitalizes Xinjiang” strategy. The unique advantages of Manas are obvious. Manas’s three cultural symbols, namely the Manasi River, the gemstone jasper and the phoenix, constitute a testament to its richness in cultural tourism resources. Usunhome has developed many well-known premium cultural and tourism projects. Mr. Zhang hoped that both parties would communicate on a deeper level, target the best opportunity for cooperation, and translate Manas’s unique characteristics into a solid brand image to foster the integration of cultural and tourism industries.
