In the afternoon on April 4, a meeting was held at Usunhome headquarters to motivate the actors before they officially join the production team of the world’s largest immersive play Stolen Heart. Present was Mr. Qiu Wei, Chairman of Usunhome Group and of Usunhome Cultural Tourism.
In his speech, Mr. Qiu congratulated and welcomed these up-and-coming actors, and talked about the play’s positive impact on the entire theatre market as the world’s largest immersive play. He hoped that the actors would seize this golden opportunity, integrate into the production team being best prepared and motivated, train hard, and turn their relentless artistic pursuit into a masterful immersive play.
Afterwards, as the actors introduced themselves one by one, they also showed their professional skills and shared how they thought and felt as they were going through the casting process. A representative of the actors said that he has been both thrilled and nervous about acting in this epochal work that will go down in China’s contemporary theatre history, but that he would do his very bit, adapting quickly to life in the production team, learning and training hard.
At the end of the meeting, Usunhome Group’s senior management and the actors signed on a scroll and took a photo together. Then the actors will soon go to Beijing to join Director Meng Jinghui’s closed training camp.
