In Chengdu, the event named “To Women Usunhomers” was held at Usunhome Art Gallery. “You are Usunhome’s most beautiful galsang flowers! (Galsang is a symbol of vitality)”, said Mr. Qiu Wei in his speech. Aside from his best wishes for all the women employees, he encouraged them to be confident and self-reliant modern women by keeping learning and strengthening their credentials, and to play to their strengths to make new achievements to fulfil their job duties. Mr. Qiu required that Usunhome’s women committees at all levels should have the back of its women employees like their families, care about their personal growth, career progression and problems in daily life.

At the Chengdu event, 28 Usunhomers were honored “Woman Pace-setter”. Afterwards, all the ladies attended a DIY session in which they made ornaments with scented plaster. They stirred the plaster to make it smooth, poured it into molds, decorated the plaster ornaments and wrapped them up, experiencing the joy of DIY. Despite some “hitches”, their final works gave them a great sense of fulfillment.

At the Lhasa event, every woman Usunhomer received a red rose with a handwritten card, a gift from the company, as she entered into the venue. Vice Chairman He Ping, in his speech, stressed that “women hold up half the sky” (a popular Chinese saying). He hoped that all women Usunhomers would radiate vigor and charisma in their hard work in the belief that “women match men in every field” (another popular Chinese saying). Mr. He awarded “Woman Pace-setter” certificates to 20 employees who work in Lhasa.

Doctors from Lhasa’s Maternal & Child Hospital were invited to give a lecture on women’s health. Women Usunhomers thus spent a lovely Women's Day together, with their heath awareness increased.
