Following Meng Jinghui’s Dead Waterside Mermaid, China’s first immersive play, this will be the director’s second audacious work whose stage is a river meandering through audience. It will be a multi-faceted aesthetic integration of multiple art forms such asacting, visual art, acoustic art, photography, multimedia, music and modern dancing.“Stolen Heart” is also a unique avant-garde gift for Chengdu.
